I represent buyers and sellers across Wake Forest, Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina and the greater Triangle. First homes, move-up homes, luxury homes, and investment property.
I am licensed in both North Carolina and California. That work has run from clients selling small acreage land parcels to clients purchasing $4+ million homes.
A good share of my work is relocation, because I have done it. After 25 years in California I moved back to North Carolina to be close to my aging parents and my sister and her family. Being licensed in California and now North Carolina means that when a family calls me from another state, I am not guessing at what is ahead of them.
